I’m apparently unable to make small amounts of food. Last month, I had lasagna because I made a rather excessive amount of bolognese sauce. This month, I decided on casserole.
With that in mind, I started purchasing stuff. First, I started with the meats:
1.5 kg pork
1 kg bacon
1 kg sausages
1.5 kg minced beef

This is incredibly crappy soup, but reminds of our hike in England last summer. This is the by far worst one, mushrooms and sand. It actually tastes as if there is sand in the soup.

I’ve had lasagna for the last many days now. I’ve always made may own béchamel/mornay sauce. By chance and experience, I’ve come up with an excellent mornay sauce I use for lasagna emiliana, and here’s the recipe.
