This blog is turning into a veritable E/N fest.
Anyway, I just bought a slicer for sandwich meat, and tested it out with a nice 2 kg smoked saddle of pork, and made me a lot of ham for sandwiches. I also chopped up a 500 g rolled seasoned meat. Awesomely enough, I still have all 9 fingers. Or however many you’re supposed to have.
I bought the machine at Elgiganten for only DKK 179,- including shipping and everything. Pretty nice, considering I got 2 kg of ham for DKK 80,- so not only is the meat better than the pre-sliced variety, it’s also cheaper. And its name is a slicer. Nobody can resist a thing called a slicer.
Edit: Slicer. I just like saying (and writing) slicer. Slicer.

Du har anskaffet dig samme model, som jeg fik i julegave. Du fik godt nok din noget billigere, men jeg betalte til gengæld ikke selv 🙂
Vi bør lave en klub for alle med slicere! Jeg foreslår vi holder en kick-off aften hvor vi køber, steger, SLICER og spiser roastbeef!
