How to screw up МТС: download a big ISO via TCP. Normally, they would throttle my connection after 100 MiB/day, but I guess they only do the computation after a connection has finished or at least only throttle new connections. In the end I managed to get approximately 1 GiB down unthrottled. Now, they send me texts every 15 minutes that my connection will be throttled.
