Moves for the iPhone is hella cool! It tracks where you are and how you get there completely automatically all day with negligible battery impact.
Here’s my Wednesday. Everything is automatic. It detects whether I walk, bike, run or use other means of transport. After learning about a place once, it remembers. It produces neat maps indicating where I’ve been all day and how I got there. It logs how long I stay in one place, etc. I can get weekly and monthly overviews of activity and much more.
