Because science says so! TL;DR: marinating meat in beer 4+ hours before BBQing it makes it healthier. Of course, I’d go the extra step and instead brine (as opposed to marinate) it in beer for 24+ hours.

Wonderful. My backup USB disk decided to crap itself and die, which caused Dropbox to delete my entire Documents folder. Contacted them for a restore (thank Britney, that’s a thing you can do!).
