Built another bread. This turned out fairly red, but don’t worry – breads aren’t allowed to vote. Biggest disadvantage is, I now have to cook more chickpeas because I used almost the entire batch I prepared Thursday.
My basic recipe except with 200 g oatmeal instead of 100 g and LFP instead of pilsner. Additionally, around 200 g beets, 300 g chickpeas, dried tomatoes, ⅓ leek, 2 stalks of celery, and 50 g green beans. The dough is a bit on the liquid side, and despite giving it 60 minutes in the oven to compensate, it still a bit wet. Very edible and filling, though.
