Does anybody know of a good time series database for images? Is that even a thing that exists?

I’m thinking of something that will let me add (multiple streams of) images with timestamps, and select images from a time period with a certain granularity and export them – bonus points if it can generate a video file. It would also be neat if it can do simple image processing like motion detection or even face recognition/clustering.

I’d basically want what would happen if somebody interbred a stereotypical mall surveillance system with Web 2.0, and added around 100 millistarbucks of hipster buzzwords to the mix.

A millistarbuck is a unit of hipstery, where 1000 millistarbucks is an entire Starbucks full of unemployed bearded losers in statement glasses working on their manuscripts on parent-paid MacBooks.
