The amazing cake diet: today, I had a piece of cake at work. When I got home, my scale showed 0.5 kg less than this morning. After a smidgen more than half an hour of spinning, it showed another 0.9 kg less.

From this we conclude that eating a piece of pie is roughly as healthy as 20 minutes of spinning, and eating an entire cake can take the place of 4 hours of spinning. Most people should be careful not to eat more than 10-15 cakes lest they disappear.
