It’s well-known that evolution is largely blind to whatever happens in our lives after child-bearing age. That’s the reason old people turn racist, sick and die: evolution simply has no more use for them and doesn’t care what happens after the awkward teenage sex-having.
The solution is obvious: motivate evolution to favorize moving child-bearing to later in life. One way would be to forbid having children before age 40 and shoot anybody (and, especially, their offspring) who breaks the rule. It will suck for a few now, but in a short span of time (on a geological scale), their offspring will thank them (or, rather, other surviving people’s offspring) for offering them longer lives with racism setting in much later.
