Instructions
Tahini
  1. If the sesame seeds are not roasted, roast them on a dry pan. Don't burn them.
  2. Blend the sesame seeds thoroughly; add the truffle mayo during the blending process.
  1. Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic and salt to the mix and continue blending.
  2. While blending add olive oil till the desired texture is reached.
Recipe Notes

Very yummy with sourdough/chickpea bread (as pictured).

You can interchange truffle mayo and olive oil for the desired truffleness.
