Instructions
Tahini
- If the sesame seeds are not roasted, roast them on a dry pan. Don't burn them.
- Blend the sesame seeds thoroughly; add the truffle mayo during the blending process.
- Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic and salt to the mix and continue blending.
