Hippie Hipster Food
I’m making dinner based on a hippie version of a recipe gleaned from a web-series making fun of hipster cooking shows. I see no way this won’t end well.
Adult
One of the big advantages of being an adult is that you decide what that entails yourself. For me, that includes dedicating an entire shelf in the fridge to cheese.
Pasta
Don’t think I’ve ever spent 2 hours making pasta with tomato sauce before. Then again, it was my first attempt at making pasta from scratch.
Morning routine
Nothing like a surprise production database update to fuck up your morning routine on such a lovely Monday morning. (The update was not a surprise, only that I had to step in as backup.)
