My first impression of domestic window-cleaning robots: the hardware is surprisingly good, the software is surprisingly shitty.

It sticks very well to the window and cleans surprisingly nicely, but its sense of navigation is worse than that of a demented old man in a kitchen in a foreign country with nothing to help him but asking for directions.

Moving it around manually with the remote (that’s what manually means in this day and age), it actually handles sides and corners really well, so a software update that just makes the little bugger press on instead of trusting its over-sensitive sensors, would make it really good.
