This is fucking ridiculous! I pay $600 for a ticket to Backstreet Boys. The organization is useless, I’m told nothing at all by anybody, I have to battle with security to get any information.

In the end I’m cheated out of the trip on stage I’m promised and paid for! Fucking ruined the concert!
