Anybody knows a good guide to getting started with Spring and OSGi in STS (Eclipse) with JBoss EAP?

Right now, I’m looking for a good POM to get started (MVC, Hibernate, OSGi), preferably with support for both Boot and direct deployment to a remote JBoss server. Right now, I have the MVC template and it won’t run locally (no Boot) and won’t deploy to my JBoss server.
