A bit of number theory applied to the socky real world: it is evident that the oddest number of socks to encounter is an even one. According to applied communism, the most even number is zero for everybody. Hence, zero is an number that is both odd and even. What prompted me to share this is in the first place is that doing laundry, I naturally just encountered and is number of socks. How would they then be described?
