How do you go about setting up a server for iTunes and Apple TV these days? It has to serve my own DVD rips of movies, any number of Britney Spears and Spice Girls CDs I care to throw at it, and preferably also ITMS purchases. This has to happen from a virtual machine, preferably running CentOS 7 (with Windows + iTunes is my last resort if all else fails). I seem to recall Apple changed some stuff in DAAP so alternative servers don’t work so well anymore?
