Today is one of those days where you’re debating whether you’re in the mood for the nightmare that is grocery-shopping during rush-hour or just make do with what you’ve got at home.

Seeing as I baked a sourdough bread yesterday, got some foie gras with truffles, a chunk of Roquefort, and rucola + dried tomatoes + pine nuts + truffle mayo for a green salad, I think I’ll just be lazy today and soldier thru what I’ve got.
