Thanks to NS for extending what should have been an excruciating 80 minutes train ride home form Amsterdam to a delightful 150 minutes experience. Especially turning the intercity into a stoptrein the last 35 km from Den Bosch was pure genius.

A less sarcastic thanks goes to the lady on the track understanding I needed to be on the train to Utrecht to catch the last train home and Japanese metroed me into the already overfull train, and to those checking if anybody needed to go to Deurne after the last connection was missed.
