I was looking up timings for cooking beans. It’s cute how the Internet thinks it’s a viable alternative to trade the inconvenience and planning overhead of having to soak them for 6 hours and change the water multiple times for just dumping them in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes just to benefit the environment.
