I’m certain Google has it out for me. Yesterday, it decided I was a car, and sent me on a 15 km detour. It then kept suggesting to “turn left” while riding on the right side of a canal. It also decided to try having me cross a death-bridge to get onto a non-existing forest path, only to settle for guiding me onto an unpaved path with bike wheel killing features (aka giant sharp rocks) in pit-black darkness and a constantly looming decline towards the canal even though there was a perfectly good parallel real road just 150 m away. Finally, it kept urging me to “turn right” while biking on the left side of a fairly busy road.
