Here’s a good crowdfunding campaign. The lead singer is literally Barbie gone wrong gone metal (she has voiced Barbie, has released a single called Babydoll Gone Wrong, and this is her “new” metal band’s 3rd record). She also toured with Britney during the Onyx Hotel Tour.
They are super nice towards fans, do everything themselves (seriously, go watch some of their youtube music videos), and are really good about visiting Europe frequently despite being based in Canada. With most merch orders, you get a nice written hand-written thank-you note from the band.
They delivered everything as promised during the crowdfunding for their 2nd album a couple of years ago, including vlogs with status reports, and their merch store is the primary source of t-shirts I own with skulls on them. http://sumocyco.com/album3
