I propose that “svensk pølseret” is translated to English as “Swedish Sausage Fest.” I made one that’s semi-French on top (I added wine and cheese, and cooked it next to a baguette), so it’s a “Swedish/French Sausage Fest.”

I’m sure, this makes a ton if sense to people who doesn’t speak Danish. I guess a more correct, but decidedly less funny, translation would be “Swedish hot dog stew.”
