Dinner at two-start Boreas during Restaurant Week. 5 courses plus wine matching (half-glasses with apparently free refills) and aperitif for just €105. We had the choice between desserts or cheese (the two last or the two just before).
Very well worth it; everything was beautiful and built up a crescendo of taste. First a couple matching of goose liver with candies, but things really got off the ground with the crab (the third picture) and the eel (4th picture).
