McDonald’s calls the BigMac a sandwich. Some call two slices of pale untoasted bread with a piece of cheese wedged between them a sandwich. This is what I call a sandwich: Fresh-from-the-oven yoghurt/sourdough bread with barley seeds soaked overnight in Limfjordsporter topped with rucola, truffle mayo, foie gras and tomato, all wedged in between a bit of cheese.
